Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

What I'm trying to say in this cartoon is that violence is everywhere in our society, you know, it's like even in breakfast cereal, man.

Ah the good stuff. I thourghouly enjoyed this motion picture. While it wasnt on league with the greats, it did keep my attention swell. The CG backrounds were almost always noticeble but they added to the nostalgic feeling that the movie had. It really felt like it was made 50 years ago, which i dunno if that good or bad, but it is cool. And it was a blue screen not a green screen kozlow. The movie plot twas intriguing until the final plot twist which seemed contrived, and its not that original. But the movie's overall feel, and some very excellently made scenes create a surreal experience that can suck u in, but if u dont get immersed in the experience you'll probly regret paying top dollar to see it, it was quite long.

Shaun of the Dead

As punishment for your desertion, it's company policy to give you the plague.

Ah the question thats haunted americans for decades, possibly forever, why is british humor so undenibly unfunny. Is it because it is sophisticated, and we are not. Nay i say to you its because british people by nature are wierd. Once in a blue moon however those brits do something right, see iraq, and im glad to say this is one of those things. The beginning was a beutiful mix of zombies and comedy, which slowly grew to more zombie and less comedy but i accept that. The humor in shaun is hit or miss in the gravest sence, at points people were laughing histerically while all i could muster was a snicker, or nothin at all. You dont have to laugh at the jokes that arent funny people. But mostly i found myself laughing along with my fellow movie goers. The extra thingy at the end was very nice and i wish more movies did things like that. In the end this movie is better than Napoleon Dynamite, and isnt that all that really matters?
